| Abstract |
The VLF-TD test, used as an insulation diagnostic method for high voltage cables, had to be performed with the load disconnected.
If the cable is connected to the Motor during the VLF TD test, the leakage current of the cable and the leakage current of the load are measured together, so that it is difficult to accurately determine the state of the cable. In this paper, we conducted a VLF-TD test with the cable connected in the load and studied the method of calculating the VLF-TD test result of the cable using an equivalent circuit. |
