Title Design of Flow Rate Control System in Spray Pump of Tablet Coating Machine

Abstract With the development of pharmaceutical technology, the importance of the coating process is increasing by spraying the main ingredients in the coating process to extend the effect period and reduce the intake of drugs. In this paper in order to solve the problem of non-uniform coating solution spray in the existing coating process, a design method applying Coriolis flow meter to the spray pump system is proposed. By establishing and testing the demonstration system with the proposed design method, It was verified that the flow deviation error of the coating solution spray pump system was improved to about ±2%.
